Rooted in a strong belief that good individuals create extraordinary teams, Meghana is passionate about building communities where individuals feel valued, engaged, and empowered. Her experiences, which  span India, the U.S., and Canada have shaped her curiosity about what makes teams flourish and how shared purpose fuels meaningful change. 

Meghana is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard, deepening her understanding of human behavior and collective success. She brings over a decade of experience to her work with Yukon NGO Hub, where she hopes to contribute to projects that create genuine social value and strengthen community wellbeing.
