Ruth is a proud born-and-raised Yukoner committed to supporting youth and seniors throughout the territory. With over three decades of experience as a special education teacher, she now works as a vision consultant with the Yukon First Nation Education Directorate, providing specialized support to students across the Yukon.

As an enthusiastic ambassador for the territory, Ruth is passionate about sharing the Yukon’s spirit and beauty with both residents and visitors.

Alongside her involvement with the NGO HUB, she also serves on the board of the Golden Age Society, helping to honour and support the generations who helped build the Yukon.
